About This Dog for Adoption

Boots's ideal home

Boots is a 9 month old Cockapoo full of puppy energy and curiosity. He’s looking for a home with a private, secure garden and a family who can give him plenty of company while helping him build confidence at his own pace. He could live with dog-savvy children aged 10 and over and may be able to share his home with a calm, friendly dog. Boots is still learning how to settle when people leave the room, so he’ll need a family who can go slowly with alone-time training and offer lots of positive support as he grows.
Boots is a playful, affectionate youngster who loves chasing his tennis ball, and proudly showing off new tricks. He’s cuddly with his foster carer and full of enthusiasm for exploring the world, though he can be a little unsure with unfamiliar people or new situations. Boots enjoys gentle grooming, enrichment feeders, and zooming around the garden, and he does adorable head tilts at barking dogs on the TV. With a patient, loving family to guide him through puppyhood, he’ll grow into a wonderful, loyal companion. AWE licence number 13090 by West Lothian Council.
