Luna's ideal home
Luna is a Cockerpoo, who will turn 2 years old in March. She can be anxious around unfamiliar people, but once she has a bond with you, she is very affectionate. Due to Luna’s nervous disposition, she is looking for a calm and quiet home, with no children. Luna is still young and lacks some manners; she could potentially live with a calm, confident dog to show her the ropes, pending a successful meet here at the centre first. Luna can struggle when left, so needs adopters willing to work on this and that are around most of the time to begin with while she settles in. Luna is fully housetrained.
Could you be Luna's perfect match?
Once Luna comes out of her shell, she enjoys playing with her toys and going out for walkies, but she can be worried out and about so would prefer quieter walking routes. Due to Luna’s anxieties, we are looking for adopters who live quite close to the centre so she can have multiple meets to build up a relationship. This will also be beneficial when it comes to home time, as she finds the car scary, and can whine when travelling. Luna is currently living off site in a foster home.
