About This Dog for Adoption

Winnie & Ruby's ideal home

Winnie and Ruby are the very best of friends, and they're looking for a forever home together – double the love, double the cuddles! These lovely 5-year-old poodle crosses would thrive in a calm and loving home where they can enjoy daily adventures and plenty of affection. They're happy to share their world with older primary school-aged children and enjoy making new walking buddies. These clever girls are used to being left for short periods and are happy to relax until you return with more cuddles (or tennis balls!).

Could you be Winnie & Ruby's perfect match?

Winnie and Ruby are two peas in the snuggliest, waggiest pod you’ll ever meet! These gorgeous girls are absolutely bursting with personality and enough love to fill your heart twice over. Their favourite things in life? Chasing tennis balls like pros, exploring every inch of a grassy park, and soaking up all the fuss and affection they can get! They're full of joyful zest and love staying active – but once the fun is done, they’ll happily curl up beside you for a cosy cuddle! They're also perfect pamper pals who enjoy a good groom and a little one-on-one spa time. If you’re ready for double the love, double the fun, and double the tail wags, Winnie and Ruby are ready to bounce into your life and fill it with joy.

Cocker Spaniel Puppy Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Cocker Spaniel.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 8 weeks, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped
  • Review and verify any documents, such as KC registration paperwork where applicable

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".
  • Seller asks to immediately switch to communication off the Cocker Spaniel Owners website
  • Seller uses a different phone number to the one listed on the website - especially if that phone number is in one of the advert images

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
