Description

Stella's ideal home

Stella is a very sweet 1 year old crossbreed ready to find her forever home, she has been spending time in a foster home and is a great companion to have around. Stella has met other dogs when out and about and gets along well with them so could share her new home with another doggy companion pending successful meets. She likes getting attention from different people and going visiting to the foster carers friends and family. A home with children who can cope with her being a lively young girl is best as she sometimes likes to jump up to say hello and ideally she would have someone around for most of the day as she has only been left alone for short periods of time.

Could you be Stella's perfect match?

Stella is an affectionate girl who loves cuddles, especially at bed time when she is tired after a day of playing with her favourite fluffy, squeaky toys and being out and about for walks meeting new people and dogs. For adventures Stella prefers somewhere closer to home as she sometimes is car sick. If she feels like having a lazy day she likes having a lie in in the morning and watching TV, especially cartoons! She is a real foodie and especially likes her frozen kong but enjoys any enrichment puzzle feeders. If you are interested in offering Stella her forever home you can add her as one of your "favourite dogs" when filling in an application online.

2 x cocker spaniel

  • 1 Male / 1 Female
  • Age: 4 years
  • Ready to leave: Now

Very unfortunately we have to look at rehoming our two show cocker spaniels and we’re looking for a loving home for them both. We have a black cocker, Bailey who’s 5 and a tan cocker, Cash who’s 4. Cash unfortunately doesn’t do well with small children so it would need to be a home with kids over 10 I reckon. We would like to keep them together as they’ve been

Cocker Spaniel Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Cocker Spaniel.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
