About This Dog

With a very heavy heart, I’m looking for a loving forever home for Ivy. ❤️

Ivy is a gorgeous, affectionate and playful four-year-old Cocker Spaniel with so much love to give. She is toilet trained, has good recall, understands commands and enjoys walks, exploring parks and playing with her ball. She can be shy around new people initially but is a lovely companion once settled and is good around children. Has also been microchipped.

The home I’m looking for:

Ideally, a loving family with a secure garden, plenty of time and affection to give her, and preferably experience owning dogs. I want Ivy to be included as part of the family, with companionship, outdoor space and the attention she deserves.

Ivy has been vet-checked and is healthy, vaccinated, and up to date with flea and worm treatment. She is not neutered. Microchipped.

This is an incredibly difficult decision, made with Ivy’s best interests at heart. As a single owner working a demanding job, I feel she may thrive in a home with more companionship and access to a garden.

Finding the right home is my priority, and I want to ensure Ivy is safe, happy and loved for the rest of her life. ❤️

If you feel you could offer Ivy the loving forever home she deserves, please get in touch by answering some short questions:

1. Could you tell me a little about yourself and your household?

2. Have you owned dogs before, or do you currently have any dogs?

3. What is your home environment like?

4. What would a typical day look like for Ivy in your home?

 5. Why do you feel Ivy would be the right dog for you, and what would you be able to offer her long term?

She is the best dog you can own, by far. In relation to the fee, I am happy to discuss this.

Thank You

James :).

I have been asked if I can help find a new home for a Male Golden Cocker Spaniel Born 26th June. Whilst he is KC registered paperwork will not be issued  He is currently living at North Cotes North Lincolnshire. Unfortunately it's a very reluctant re-home but the wife is allergic to the dog & he is causing her asthma attacks. A good home is more important than any

Cocker Spaniel Puppy Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Cocker Spaniel.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 8 weeks, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped
  • Review and verify any documents, such as KC registration paperwork where applicable

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy without you viewing it first
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".
  • Seller asks to immediately switch to communication off the Cocker Spaniel Owners website
  • Seller uses a different phone number to the one listed on the website
  • Seller asks you to send money to a bank account with a different name to the person you have been communicating with
  • The dog/puppy is advertised significantly cheaper than similar listings

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
