Tilly's ideal home
Tilly is a friendly, affectionate 6 year old Cocker Spaniel. Tilly would suit a home with adults or teenagers only as she’s found young children overwhelming in the past. An active household would suit me well, as I enjoy getting out for walks, exploring my surroundings and having lots of fuss and cuddles on the sofa.
Tilly is currently living with another dog and could potentially live with another calmer dog pending successful meets at the centre. Although Tilly is mostly a good girl she has been known to let her preydrive get the better of her and would be best in a home without cats and other pets.
Tilly would thrive in a loving home, willing to continue with positive, reward based training, particularly around body language, recall and helping me feel safe in situations I find difficult.

I’m a gentle, loving girl who adores tasty treats, cosy cuddles and spending time with the people I trust. When I first meet new people, I can be a little cautious, but give me a few minutes (and maybe a snack!) and I soon relax, coming over for fuss with my happy, waggy ways. Once I bond with you, I’m incredibly affectionate and loyal.
I enjoy my walks and like to potter about, taking in all the interesting smells along the way. My recall is mostly good, especially when food is involved, although I can sometimes be distracted.
I can be left for short periods and will settle well, I’ll reward you with affection, companionship and lots of cuddles. If you’re looking for a sweet natured dog who will form a strong bond with you, I could be the perfect match.
