About This Dog

Cooper's ideal home

Meet the most handsome lad to ever walk the earth, Cooper the Cocker Spaniel! Cooper is a 2.5-year old sweetheart looking for a home where he will be the only dog. He does need his own space when resting and with resources, so for this reason, he's looking for an adult only home.
Cooper is looking for a quiet but active home, where he can spend his days exploring and snoozing away on his bed. He loves sniffing adventures, and exploring new places out and about. He also enjoys a game of tuggy, and likes to play with his soft toys.
Cooper enjoys his own space when it comes to eating and sleeping, so owners would need to be respectful of this and willing to manage this in the home. Cooper can be a little unsure of new people entering his home and also out & about, so would need his people to advocate for him. He has a gorgeous head of hair, so will need maintenance with grooming and daily brushing to ensure he gets no matts!
Although Cooper would like to be the only dog in the home, he would like to make some calm, polite doggy friends outside of the home that he can go on adventures with! Cooper is a big fan of a cuddle with his people, and will curl up next to you and receive a nice scratch.
Cooper is such a good boy, and is definitely one for the Cocker Spaniel lovers! We can't wait to see him living his best life in his forever home.

Could you be Cooper's perfect match?

Cooper is a high energy breed, so would be looking for an active home who are able to give him the physical and mental stimulation he needs to thrive. Cooper is an angel and is very clean in the home. He can be left for up to 4 hours once this has been built up in his new environment.
Cooper would flourish with owners that are around most of the time, so he can get all of the attention he deserves! Cooper travels like an angel in the car - jumping straight in and curling up ready for the ride.
Cooper does have some recall, but he does need a bit of work on this as he can get distracted by particularly exciting smells!
