Douglas's ideal home

Douglas is a sweet 18-month-old Spaniel cross Labrador. He is a sweet but shy boy, and it takes him time to come round to new people. Once he has built that bond, he is very loving and affectionate. Douglas is a little avoidant of other dogs, so would need to be the only dog in a quiet and calm home. Young children would be too much for him, but sensible teenagers would be fine.

Douglas is a young dog with bundles of energy and once you’re in his circle, he would make a great loyal companion. His foster carers absolutely adore him and we can understand why! He loves his toys and walkies, and he travels well in the car.
