Maisie is a sweet and affectionate 8‑year‑old labrador cross, who enjoys meeting new people, though she isn’t a fan of young children, so older teenagers or adults are her preferred human companions. She doesn’t go out of her way to interact much with other dogs either, so she would be happiest as the only pet in the home. Energy‑wise she’s low‑key, and showing signs of old age, so calm days and gentle walks suit her best. She has a big love for food, so her new owners will need to watch her diet to keep her fit and comfortable. Maisie also struggles with her skin so is on a specific diet to help with this too.

She is housetrained and used to home life, and she enjoys being with people much of the time, as she tends to form strong bonds with her humans.
