Imelda's ideal home

Imelda is a friendly girl, if a little shy. She came to us as a stray so we’re not sure if she’s ever been around children before. She has also shown some tendencies of potentially guarding her food, so to ensure she’s happy and confident she’ll need an adult-only home. Imelda can potentially live with another dog; she likes to play but will need a match that will also give her space.

Imelda is a 3-year-old Spaniel who has come into our care without any history. For this reason she’ll need a patient family willing to show her the ropes of home life, as we don’t know what she has experienced before. However she has kept her kennel clean in centre and is happy to jump into a car so it’s likely that she won’t be a complete novice! Left alone time is still best built up from scratch once she’s settled. Imelda is a gorgeous girl who likes her walks whether on her own or with some doggy friends, and she loves to play with soft toys.
