7 month old female Cocker Spaniel

Zoe is a delightful young pup, she's very intelligent, very eager to please, and very curious. She isn't a purebred, her dad was a cocker spaniel crossed with a miniature poodle, so she sheds less than a purebred cocker. She's small, weighs a little over 7kg and is almost fully grown. She's a typical young dog, bouncy and energetic, loves to go on really long walks (which are essential for this breed). She sleeps really well, in our bedroom, but could be trained to stay in the crate if that was needed; she does have a crate and happily goes in there to chew her bone or eat dinner.



Sadly she needs to find a new family, and they must be perfect before we'll let her go, because it's what she deserves. She needs more than what we can give, her energy levels are very high and we don't always have the time to walk her twice a day, we have way too many commitments already and we didn't think through the decision to have a dog, for which I feel very bad, hence being very careful to find her a fantastic family. Our cats have remained horrified at having a dog in the house and it's not fair on them at all, and my 6 year old is also quite nervous of her.



She absolutely loves cats, but the cat(s) would need to show her who is boss rather than run away because she thinks they're playing if they run! She loves most dogs, but is scared of some big dogs. She's a submissive type and will roll over almost at the sight of another dog! Very gentle, takes treats nicely, learns very quickly and will do anything for a treat! She is almost completely toilet trained, never toilets overnight and is learning to toilet on command. Recall is excellent, she knows basic commands and travels in the car incredibly well.



Aside from that she's quite possibly the cutest little pup I've ever seen, still has her puppy fur and has big curly-furred ears! She had a vet check on 11th September, she is microchipped and has had her vaccinations.
